As a matter of fact my little brother got diagnosed with Diabetes 3 weeks ago, If you give blood it makes no difference if you are diabetic or not! The blood you are giving will be just the same as anoy other persons. Just make sure you are not in a hypo or hyper before you give the blood.
If you do not no what a hypo and a hyper is type it in on the question box.

Your blood sugar drops. Assuming you are a diabetic, which would be the only reason you would take insulin, your blood sugar would go down. If you aren't a diabetic and you are taking insulin this could drop your blood sugar to dangerous levels. Causing you to pass out.
It would rise very high.

It is a chart in which you would be able to find the range of blood sugar in healthy and diabetic people. Since you are diabetic, you would better check your blood sugar level regularly and try to keep in close to the normal range.
