When you wash your hair if the hair fall counts more than 100 what is the cause for the hair fall and what is the remedy for this and does trimming your hair stop hair fall? |
[Edit] |
It all depends
One strand of hair lasts for about 3 months, after that it falls out. So some hair loss is natural. 100 after hair washing seems more than usual, though.
Trimming your hair won't help.
Wash your hair regularly, if you worry about hair washing making you lose your hair and only wash it once a week, then you'll see more hair loss in that one wash.
See your doctor to make sure there's nothing wrong. Some illnesses like hypothyroidism can cause hair loss.
You don't say if you're male or female, or your age. Male hair loss tends to be just male pattern baldness, but for women there are more lifestyle causes such as stress. For instance, Telogen Effluvium is hair loss about three months after a stress (such as childbirth) .. that tends to correct itself.
There's an online diagnosis form here http://www.belgraviacentre.com/frame_online.php if you want to try that.
