When your with someone who wont divorce his ex or leave her in the past I really love him but don't know how to go about this?

Sweetheart. I am glad to say I have been in your shoes and I have been on the opposite end of that. He's never going to leave her and that's a fact. Love is never enough to make someone the person you want them to be lol I wish that was true then maybe my life would have played out differently. You deserve somebody who doesn't have time to reminisce about the past and follow behind someone you deserve full on attention from somebody that will love you wholeheartedly and not only tell you but SHOW YOU. I had a wife , and I had a girlfriend at the same time. Even though me and my wife separated I refused to get a divorce my gf would think we were over each other but that was far from it because I always thought in my mind that one day we would come back to each other somehow someway and my gf is just a spare tire I have when I'm bored or to get my mind off my ex. I can say I loved my girlfriend but never more than the love I had for my wife. My gf deserved better and I knew this but as long as she continued to stay the longer I had control of the situation I had my cake and I ate it too. I was a dog and Karma hit me right in my face. What would you say if you gave yourself the advice ?? Best of luck .
