If your Start Menu has no Run command, follow these instruction: 1. In the Control Panel, double-click the Taskbar and Start Menu icon.

2. In the Taskbar and Start Menu Propertieswindow that appears, click the Start Menu tab near the top-left corner.

3. Click the Customize button.

4. In the Customize Start Menu Window that appears, click the Advanced tab near the top-left corner.

5. Below where it says, "Start menu items" scroll through the list until you find the Run command listing.

6. Clck the box to the right of the listing to ensure that there is a check mark in it.

7. Click the OK button near the bottom-right corner and the Customize Start Menu window will close.
