On the driver's side. Sit in the car and it is right in front of your left knee closest to the door. It is clearly marked "Fuse Access".

you need a 10 amp (red) fuse for the radio. the fuse is located in the top right fuse corner of the fuse panel. it is marked radio underneath the fuse.
Where the fuse box is, remove the panel and there should be a sticker on it, that shows what goes where, and what amp the fuse is.
The fuse box location, on your 1994 Plymouth grand Voyager, is located in the engine compartment, near the battery. The fuse box will be on the drivers side of the engine compartment. There is also one under the dash on the driver side.

I found it mounted above the fuse module. It's almost impossible to see without removing the module and surrounding panel. Located on a bracket under the driver's side A/C duct.
Try looking under left side of dash in fuse box my 89 has a fuse for each headlight yours might also.
Try fuse in cavity #2(10 amp-red). It supplies engine electronics as well as many other circuits.
