I would recommend you purchase a poodle from a reputable breeder. The kennel club associated will be able to put you in touch of reputable breeders. Always view both parents before purchase and obtain proof that both parents are hip and eye tested.
Your locak newspaper may also list people who are selling poodles. Also obtain the pedigree certificate of the poodle and insure it is healthy.
to find a poodle you can look first at a pet shop.if you don't think that is the right place look for a breeder .sometimes you can find them in Dog Fancy maginzine.if you get a one of those there are ads in the back for all kinds of dogs (poodles too!) ****Additional answer: www.akc.org
You can purchase a toy poodle from a breeder or from a pet store - you can be assured you are getting a puppy from these sources, although the treatment of the parents and the puppies may be questionable.
You could also look for a toy poodle from your local dog pound, animal shelter or humane society - a number of dogs are abandoned or relinquished by their owners for a variety of reasons. Also, you could check and see if there is a rescue organization around that handles toy poodles. From these sources, you may get an adult rather than a puppy (I see that as an advantage, but not everyone does) and you may have to work to train and socialize the animal or have a disease condition to manage. However, the cost of adoption tends to be much lower than purchasing a puppy and you will have the added joy of knowing you kept a wonderful dog from being euthanized because no one wanted it.
Standard poodles were initially bred in the 17th century, Germany as water/retriever dogs. however, they were very attractive, and by the late 18th century, France had re-bred them, much smaller (toy and minature poodles) these were bred as lap/companion dogs for the upper class, as often seen in portraits.
There are many breeders who have purebred Standard Poodle puppies which are AKC certified. Many have websites including Summer Wind Poodles, where one can view photos and reserve an upcoming puppy as well.
i think the best thing to do is look at your local animal shelter but you can also look online or in the news paper. hope this helped!

The Pug Dog is originally from China.
A pug dog has a black mask. If it is an all black pug dog you cannot tell, but on a fawn-colored pug dog you can. The pug has a black marking that goes around its mouth and eyes, which is often called a mask.
A pug. A pekinese, not quite sure of the spelling.
The correct spelling is 'pug' (a breed of dog).

It would be quite difficult to find free puppy pugs as people seldom give away dogs for no charge. The best place to look would be in an animal shelter, where one could find a dog that needs a home.
