Other than the fuse box located under the dashboard does a 1991 Ford Mustang GT have another fuse box located elsewhere?

on my 88 it's on the outside of the distributor. pull the plug then remove 2 mounting screws. then pull straight down. need 1/4 inch drive 7/32 deepwell socket.
There is no isolated fuse for the cruise control. It all runs off the 20A gauges fuse. If you are having trouble with the cruise control I would check the Cruise Control Module or the Cruise control Servo. What symptom is occurring?
