There are schools almost everywhere. From your local community college to top flight programs at Universities and Conservatory programs. One thing to consider is studying with teachers who are working in the business. And, since there are really only three cities in which you can make a living as an actor ( NY, Chicago & LA ) you might think of studying in one of those cities.
