∙ 11y agoNot sure how "meaty" these taste without any meat as I am not a vegetarian and have not tried them. They did get rave reviews from other vegetarians so I hope you like them. You will need: 1 cup ground walnuts .5 cup oatmeal 1 large egg .5 cup Italian bread crumbs 1 large onion, minced Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls and brown in oil.
