Answer
Where most will ever see a werewolf, or lycanthrope, will be in plain sight among the rest of humanity. You may have see one before in a class or at work or outside in the open. These people may not even know they are werewolves so imagine how difficult it is for someone else to find them. If one is to find a werewolf in their rage-state, it's best to look somewhere natural, secluded away from every day human life like forests, parks, or abandoned buildings and properties. Some werewolves that are aware of their lycanthrope state may live secluded all the time to protect others and reduce the induction of episodes.
Another Answer
Werewolves are typically found in places such as the fertile imagination of adolescents, the pages of fantasy books and the delusions of the mentally ill. You'll never find one in a zoo, nor will you ever find the bones of a werewolf in a museum.
Werewolves are NOT real but many insist on believing anyway, for whatever reasons.
