Alice Academy, AKA Gakuen Alice, is published by Tokyopop and Hakusensha. When the mangas are scanned and posted online at fan sites without the consent of the publishers, then they are illegally posted. WikiAnswers does not support this practice.
However, the publishers sometimes post the mangas on their own web sites, which is perfectly legal. I checked at Tokyopop and they currently have some episodes posted to read. It would be a good idea to check in from time to time as they sometimes will put issues up. See the related link below.

∙ 9y agoSaiunkoku Monogatari also called The Story of Saiunkoku only shows Volume 1- 9 in eBook form. The last volume was published in that format on April 2, 2013 on Amazon.
