You can get training at most Community Colleges. The best way is to find one that offers nurses training courses. The courses will start you off with basic technique and gradually work you into harder situations.

The closest Boot Camp in my area is in Fort Benning, Georgia. It is a 9 week program for Army Basic Combat Training.
