The only type of gun that I can think of that you could buy a blueprint for would be a black powder gun that you will make. Years ago, I bought a blueprint for a Pennsylvania Rifle (aka Kentucky Rifle). The B/P was the pattern from Bedford County. The B/P was about 95% of full scale; having some reduction during copying. I've seen other Blueprints for black powder rifles in catalogs from companies that sale parts for these guns. DIXIE GUNWORKS of Tennessee probably have some Blueprints for sale. Good question. If you wanted to repair or replace a stock for something like a US M-1 Garand rifle, you could use a B/P. I guess for military weapons, you could search for military specs for a blueprint. Not sure where you could access these.

Harley Davidson Knucklehead blueprints can be found on a variety of websites. Clearer, more original blueprints are harder to come by but on sites like eBay, it's possible to find and potentially buy them.
For blueprints, trying Home Depot is a great choice. Along with Lowe's. Both stores are bound to have a few blueprints. Either in the store or on their own website.
