I must say OYO Programs are a great game changer to my workout and weigh loss goal. Because it has a wide variety of exercises to do. And as a plus the OYO Personal Gym is created to meet this need and allow people to exercise no matter where they are.The OYO GYM machine is designed to provide a full-body workout. They teach you how to perform 197 different movements on their website (with clips), but there is a lot of repetition here, as they count doing a right chest press and a left chest press as two separate exercises, and they do this with all the moves.

OYO stands for “On Your Own.”
As we all know that there’s plenty of portable exercise devices out there on the market. But when I first used OYO gym SpiraFlex technology (click here for more details), I was intrigued and decided to go a little further into it. The device is an interesting looking product and is surrounded by a collection of nylon straps that you can push and pull in different ways to get a full body workout. OYO was developed by Paul Francis, the inventor of SpiraFlex, with the intention of integrating it into portable fitness equipment. Since then, OYO has begun working with numerous businesses to provide their employees with workout breaks at their desks, in the hopes of assisting those who are trapped in the workplace in getting some much-needed exercise. OYO’s Personal Gyms can be used in a group fitness class or on your own at home.
#3. Spiraflex Technology.
The OYO devices’ resistance is given by SpiraFlex (the original DoubleFlex and the OYO Personal Gym).
SpiraFlex is shaped like a lightweight disc. A set of stretchy bands, similar to resistance bands but made of a more durable material, are found inside the discs. The bands stretch and provide resistance as the disc rotates. SpiraFlex discs are designed to provide a more constant resistance than a standard resistance band, which provides variable resistance (more resistance the more it is stretched).These discs also have additional advantages. SpiraFlex discs are very light and thin, so they don’t take up a lot of space. SpiraFlex resistance weighs less than 2 pounds per pound, making it ideal for use in portable exercise equipment.

The NOVA Gym 28 Day Beginner Program, developed by OYO Fitness Director Nick Bolton, incorporates workouts that can be completed anytime, at any time, to help you reach any fitness goal. For the price, I believe this is a reasonably generous bundle. For an extra $50, you can upgrade to the OYO Gym Pro, which includes integrated sensors that attach directly to the app, enabling you to count reps and log calories, among other items.
#5. Finally Thoughts
A 3-year warranty is included with the OYO Personal Gym. In light of the price, I believe this is very remarkable. Many similar-priced fitness products can come with a one-year warranty (or even no warranty). OYO is demonstrating their confidence in their product by offering an outstanding warranty. I appreciate it when a company stands behind their goods.
Overall, I believe this device is well-designed and priced to cater to a wide range of consumers. I believe it would be an excellent addition to any home gym, especially for those who travel frequently for work. Is it going to be able to take the place of your home gym or weight set?
