If you're looking for a collectible one from the 1980's, try searching for "sports collectibles" or "baseball memorabilia" or "football memorabilia" with the Google form to the right. Then call or e-mail a dealer if you can't find the shirt.
If you're just looking for a shirt that says "Bo Knows ... Whatever," have one made custom. It's fairly cheap. Again, search Google for custom t-shirt makers.
