Mainboard, Mobo, System Board, Logic Board (Logic board is normally only apple).
It will still charge with a defective logic board.
You cannot do this. The CPU is permanently bonded to the main circuit board (the logic board). Apple techs would simply replace the logic board.
UART
The arithmetic and logic unit and the control unit.
* Mainboard * System Board * Logic Board (mainly for Apple) * Backplane (used mainly in specialized systems)
You simply put your mind to it and do other ways that you haven't done before!
Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (UART)
You have to take apart the entire iPhone 4. That means the battery, logic board, vibrator, speakers, everything must be taken out. There are over 20 screws that need to come out that are various sizes. Everything fits in the phone down to the millimeter and it can be tricky resetting on the little parts back into their perfect seat. If you have never done it before, I would not recommend it as your first.
You can use "Board Drawing" from http://drawing-tools.110mb.com/
Yes. If you get water inside your phone, the connections will began to break and certain functions on your phone will stop working, ie. it won't charge, or the home button stops working, or the speakers don't work. It's also possible to break your phone if you drop if from a really tall height, or throw it against something. This is rare, but if your phone absorbs enough shock, some of the tiny pieces inside the phone can break off the logic board (which is the brains of the phone). The most common way to break the inside of the iPhone though is to try and repair something yourself! There are many different screws in many different sizes, and it's very easy to re-assemble your phone incorrectly if you take it apart.
iPhone repair is sensitive, because of the fragile nature of the iPhone, the chances of mishandling are high. Most people tend to discard the iPhone if it stops working because of minor damage. To repair your iPhone, you need to work cautiously and smoothly. Well, there is a logic which says that if something is delicate then it should be expensive. But the fact is that iPhone repair is neither expensive nor delicate. You just have to understand a few things and take care of a few things. iPhones are extremely delicate, and this makes them expensive to repair. Since they are fragile, they are more prone to be damaged by dropping them. This explains why they are so expensive to repair. That is why repair costs vary so much from one repair service provider to another.
