You can pick them up at about any pet store that sells goldfish. We have a white one we picked up at Wal-Mart and a black one from Petco.
Check with your local Pet shop they may be able to order one for you.
Try Shubunkins. If this is what you want. they look like goldfish but they are coloured with black blue white and gold. and they arent hard to get. They are as common as gold fish
No, goldfish are freshwater fish. Any goldfish you buy in the store are tank bred and not wild caught.
Regardless of the type or size of goldfish the minimum acceptable size of an aquarium for a goldfish is 30 gallons. Buy a tank that is at least 30 gallons if you plan to have goldfish. You can comfortably fit 3 goldfish in a tank this size but no goldfish in a tank any smaller. Goldfish are essentially pond fish and need lots of space to swim; they will not thrive in a small aquarium.
Yes they will, to prevent this you could buy a fish tank cage.
Yes, like all pet fish, goldfish need more oxygen than can be provided by just a bowl of water.
Ebay.com and Amazon.com
Stores will probably sell one to you no matter what your age, but remember that if you buy one fancy goldfish (they are the round fat ones) you will need a tank that is 20 gallons (75 litres) for that one fish.If you would like to buy a fish that only needs a small tank, you can get a betta and a 2.5 gallon tank (10 litres)
you can buy a black and white pinto anywhere in the world
No, that is only about 6 gallons; fancy goldfish need at least 15 gallons each regardless of how tiny they seem when you buy them
Pet stores have fish food. Buy some of that. Probably the best place is in their tank . Don't try taking them for a walk. Goldfish are rubbish at walking
You need a lot of things, unless you are raising goldfish in a bowl. You need: (for a tank) A filter A tank (not recommended under 5 gal.) Goldfish food Gravel Live or fake plants (underwater plants) Air pump (not required) Choice of decorations These can be very expensive sometimes, but it will keep your goldfish living longer and happier than in a bowl
