If you have problems, scanning your system with a antivirus-scanner, you can always try to do a antivirus-scan in 'Save Mode'. To start your computer in Save Mode, restart your computer and hit the F8-key a couple of times, from the beginning the start-sequence. You will get a list of possible startup-methodes of Windows. Choose 'Save Mode'. After the computer has been started in Save Mode, your screen can look different. Also 'the feel' of working with your computer will be odd. Don't worry, normal working order will be restored, after you have restarted your computer in normal working mode!
