If the doctors office is part of a large medical group then you can go to the groups head offices, call and ask where you can lodge a complaint. The state that the doctor practices in has a governing board, contact them and they can advise on how to make a complaint to them.

I visited a Podiatrist for two months. He injected me three times with cortizone, he prescribed medicine that I took as prescribed. I purchased insoles as he suggested, a boot to stretch the foot as he suggested with no results. He then suggested surgery.

I went to another Podiatrist the other day for a second opinion and was given another cortizone injection, some additional medicine and feeling almost back to normal. I spent a lot of money with the first Podiatrist with no results is there anything I can do. I feel I should report this to someone.

While waiting for a doctor to see my husband in the emergency room, I was physically assaulted by a security guard when I was physically thrown into the waiting room. The incident should have been captured on camera, however the hospital has said that the camera was inoperative that day, both inside and outside cameras. The assault continued outside and could have told a good story. The security guard is a retired cop, once informed by me that he would be in big trouble, he called his police friends and filed harassment charges against me. Of course, his witnesses are hospital personnel who refused to help me when I asked them to get someone to help. I obtained an attorney and filed a claim against the hospital, however the lawsuit looks very bleak as I'm the one who they are trying to portray as the culprit. What options do I have?
