It was made in 1924, according to "Ithaca Gun Company - From the Beginning". Value would be determined by GA, model, and condition.

The logical place to look is at your local gunsmith's shop. You can probably get the parts you need online.
First try gunpartscorp.com which is the largest gun parts house in the country. If that fails, search the net for other parts sources. You might try auctionarms.com where some parts are advertised. I had heard that eBay was not allowing any gun part auctions however as of 9/15/07 there are still trades being conducted including Ithaca forends (no model 900's at the moment).
