Where can you find an oil filter cross-reference size chart?

Answer:
If you are in the US, go to a large, reputable auto parts outlet - including Wal-Mart, Pep Boys, NAPA, etc. - and they will have catalogs with many different brands and their matching numbers with various other brands and vehicles.

Stay with the most popular brands; that way, you'll have better success at matching up your particular car with the part you need. Also, I would strongly recommend you stay with the stock size filter for your engine. It's really not necessary to use larger (or otherwise different) filters.
