This is most likely a Crosman model 180. It has a short stocky forarm but a long barrel and it's driven by C02. It was made between 1962-67 for sears under the JC Higgins name. Any model Sears air gun starting with 126 was made by Crosman and any model starting with 799 was made by Daisy. Crosman offers a service to repair these older air guns by outside repair shops. Click on the Crosman link below and then click on "Find a service Center" at the bottom of the web page.

It's hard to answer this queston without knowing the make or model. So I suggest that you look on the net under 'Air Gun Repair" to find someone near you to repair your rifle.
First of all, you spelled assault wrong. Now for the answer. The Navy SEALs use the M4A1 Carbine rifle.
I believe you are asking about a Sears JC Higgins air rifle model 126.19310. Both Daisy and Crosman air gun company made Air Rifles & guns for Sears under the JC Higgins name. Model 126.19310 is a Crosman Model 180: 22, Cal C02 wood stock 4 lbs. first made 1956-59 Second Variant had a die cast trigger 1962-67. Most rifles of this era fall in the 40% to 60% if they were in normal public use. Subtract 20% for First Variant 1956-59 Value: 100%=$130 90%=$100 80%=$80 60%=$75 40%=$65 20%=$55 As for Seals, Crosman no longer supports this rifle. I suggest that you go online and look under (Airgun Repair) for a shop close to you that still services this rifle. Or go to http://www.airguns.com/repair and use the web page to help you find a shop.

Crosman still has parts for this model. See the links below for Customer Service Contact and all the Crosman parts and Owners manuals online. BTW it's an Air Rifle not an Air gun.
Pellgun oil by Crosman. Do not use anything else. It will ruin the seals.
The Model 73/BB was manufactured between 1976-83. Crosman no longer has parts for this rifle but they offer a locating service of others who do repairs and have parts for various rifles and guns on the Crosman home page. A person can make the pump easier to operate on a Crosman 760 air rifle by applying oil to the seals. This will provide lubrication and improve the overall action of the weapon.
The Daisy model 880 and the Crosman 760 are both Variable pump rifles. To charge the rifle you must pump the forearm from 1 to 10 times to store enough air to fire the pellet or BB. With each pump you store a little more air in the air cylinder and increase the power of the rifle when it is fired. It takes a minimum of 2 pumps to store enough energy/air to make the BB or Pellet fire. Never pump the rifle more than 10 times or it may rupture the seals.
You don't. Only add crosman pellgun oil. Other oils can damage the seals.
