Well, for all uninstalls you must check application uninstall guide first but for the most part following procedure should work

1. Start
2. Settings
3. Control Panel
4. Add remove programs
5. select your app, which you need to uninstall
6. double click/ click uninstall button.
7. done.

Then you can also go to the Windows registry and remove the program from there as well. However, do not touch the registry if you are new to computer it will screw-up your other applications.
