I asked a waitress one night after having this martini and she told me the ingredients. The liquor is .5 oz Kahlua, .5 oz. Bailey's, 1.0 oz. Vodka The other ingredients are gingerbread flavored syrup (which I found at Target in the coffee aisle) but I'm not sure how much to add - I think 1-2 oz. And then "ice milk" (which I was not able to find. I used gingerbread flavored coffee creamer instead) and I added an oz. or so. The rim is done in graham cracker crumbs and it is finished with spray whip cream and a Pepperidge Farm Ginger Man cookie (found in the grocery store) I remade this at home using cheaper alcohol versions like Kamora instead of Kahlua, etc. and it tasted just like Outback's!
I know that it takes 2 ozs of absolute vodka and kettle one?? Not sure how much. Also 1/2 onze pomegranate syrup and soda water and a lime slice. I am about to go shopping and get everything and try to get it to taste as good. I may go back to outback tomorrow and have one more and beg for the amounts.

One might find the recipe to make the blackberry sangria like Outback Steakhouse at a site like Pinterest. Another good place to go where one might find this recipe would be AllRecipes or even the Outback Steakhouse site.
