Look for a CD featuring Andy Griffith doing monologues.
It depends on how the person is like. They should also choose one that makes sense and where they understand all the words and can say them easily. They should be able to connect with it in order to give a good performance. It doesn't have to be too long either!
You can find free monologues at your local library when you look for books that contain plays. You can also find them at most colleges.

well u can go to barnes and noble bookstore..i found a whole collection of like hundreds of them.A Christmas Carol might have nice monologues.
