"Its not a "download." It is part of hardware. Graphic cards aren't that expensive. Try getting the Nvidia 6600 limited edition, it supports pixel shader 3.0, and its cheaper then the other card, the 8800. The 6600 LE is about 40 dollars, whilst the 8800 is around 50 dollars.
I don't know who edited it and changed the 8800 to 300 dollars. -.-' Its only 50 bucks if you want an 8800 GS, but then again, some people are tightwads."

His right its a part of the hardware but you can emulator pixelshader using a SwiftShader. Heres a tutorial for it
