AnswerYou really don't need a list. Passat fuses are 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 Amperes and almost all same ampere fuses are the same size and shape. If you buy one box of each amper ($3 each), which usually contains 6 fuses, you pretty much have them all.(user isn't asking how much they are. user is asking for a list of what they do.)
AnswerI don't believe there is a definitive list of fuses and what they do. Even the mechanics at VW have to look at the wiring diagram and follow the lines. You would think in this day + age with search engines a list could be drawn up.(see above link posted. It is complete)
