First, it depends on which wiring diagram you need. To ensure you have the correct wiring diagram, you will need to know your serial number, as there are several serial number breaks for this model, each with different options. Next, the best way to get the specific diagram you need is probably to talk to your local or closest JD dealer. They have all the tech, repair and diagnosis manuals for every machine they sell and service. They should be able to scan or photocopy the information for you and if needed, they should be able to fax it to you, free of charge(hopprfully). If you want to try and find it on the internet, you will need to find the Technical manual for a 9500 combine, and either order it or upload it to your computer. The schematic information should be in section 240 Electrical systems operations, tests and schematics in that manual. Hopefully this helps!
John Deere does not have a public database of serial numbers. Please visit your local John Deere dealer for this information.
The 9500 combine was introduced in the fall of 1989 for the 1990 model year. It was part of trio of machines - the smaller 9400 and the larger 9600. Along with these combines, John Deere also introduced a new flex/rigid grain platform - the 900 series. This series was continually improved over the years and was eventually phased out and replaced with the 9010 series combines (9410, 9510 & 9610). You can read all about the history of the 9000 series here at John Deere's official Combine/Platform Model Year changes page: http://www.deere.com/en_US/ag/servicesupport/jdharvestlink/modelyearchanges.html
