You cannot get a student loan to pay child support, but child support is not an agreement of custody or visitation. If the judge gave you visitation rights then you have visitation rights. The custodial parent does not have the right to keep you from seeing your children. Child support has no affect on visitation. You must go to court for custody/visitation rights.
