Well, you either have to go through an approved third party tester, or else you contact your state's DMV, and find out which office you have to go to for it. If you go with the latter option, you'll have to provide your own vehicle, as well as have a CDL licenced driver to either drive the vehicle or supervise you driving it to the test facility.
