Where can you lobby for the ethical treatment of animals?

[Edit]

Lobby Anywhere

Pretty much anywhere you want. The PETA website can give you some ideas. One has to be very careful with PETA. Many times they are actually lobbying for bans on pets. Their ultimate goal is for all animals to be left in wild. NO pets, zoos, fishing, food... It is all in their FAQs.
