Buying Winter Clothes Off-Season
have you thought about consignment shops? Go online and check out eBay and other sites. You may find some really good clearance items.
It's really hard to find winter clothing when it's summer.I know that hollister, old navy,and other clothing brands sell summer clothing in the winter. So you should be able to find a store that does sell winter clothing in the summer.
