Try antiqueguns.com or gunbroker.com
Your Winchester was made in 1960, so the BATF considers it a modern firearm. In order to ship a firearm you need to have a dealer with a Federal Firearms License send it to another FFL dealer at the buyer's location, and both dealers will expect to be paid for their services. I believe a rifle can be sent through the US mail, but you have to follow a bunch of rules. Some of the private carriers will not accept a firearm and sometimes the local employees do not know their company rules and refuse the shipment. It's really not worth the trouble for a single sale. It's much easier to sell it locally, unless you live in California, New Jersey, New York, or another state or city that has regulations more restrictive than the federal laws. Be sure the buyer is over 18. Also, if you KNOW or HAVE REASON TO SUSPECT that the purchaser is prohibited from possessing a firearm or is buying it for another person, you could get in trouble.

GunBroker.com and Auctionarms.com are good places to buy/sell firearms. They are also very helpful in setting the ground rules for sending guns through common carriers and the USPS. Handguns can no longer be shipped USPS but rifles can through a FFL. Rifles can be sent by mail to the manufacturer for repairs and shipped back because there is no "transfer of ownership"
