Many specialty comic book stores will buy old comic books. You might also be interested in selling them through an online auction/marketplace such as eBay.
If you mean to sell your own self-published comics:
Comic book, sci-fi, anime, and art conventions/fairs often have booths or tables available for people wanting to sell their own comic books. You could also try talking to the owner of a comic book store in your area, to see if they would help you sell your comic in their store. Again, selling online may also work, through an online marketplace or your own website.
