Romeo and Juliet has been done in Audio format a number of times, most notably as part of the Arkangel Complete Audio Shakespeare series which is readily available from Amazon and other online sellers.

Or if you are talking about movie soundtracks, the soundtrack to the 1996 movie is also fairly easy to find. A soundtrack album was also made for the 1968 movie, but may only be available on vinyl.
