The Bible does not say; but we do not need the Bible for that answer. If we believe the Bible true, then all people today are his children, and they all say he built the ark in Suruppak which is in the area that Peleg Mesanipada built Ur in 2239bc. Though off the coast, near to it; it was not insight of the coast. The last two angels who each ruled as the world's king of kings did so from Suruppak for 231 years 235 days. Noah was then 368 years old until at age 420 then Xisuthros ruled 180 years (18 sars) 2550-2370bc until the Flood. Again this comes from what Noah's children (the whole world) retained from what their 8 parents told them. Surruppak is 520 miles from Mount Ararat. After the Flood Noah lived at Ararat until his wife died, at which time he went by himself to Kittim (Cyprus) to teach his descendents to build ships.
The Bible does not mention where he lived. The Ark landed on the mountains of Ararat, which is the only geographical place mentioned in relation to Noah. He most probably resided in that vicinity in the post-Flood era.
Noah most likely lived in (what was later called) Babylonia. In Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan, is an ancient tomb where Noah is said to be buried. See the photo: Noah's tomb
Remembering that the topography would be altered by the Flood, it would have been somewhere in what would be Mesopotamia (modern Iraq): the Bible does not say exactly where.
