Where do I refill the windshield wiper fluid in 1989 Woldsburg Vanagon?

The reservoir for the back window is on the right side of the cargo area in the back: there should be a plastic cover that you can slip off and then you'll find a sort of twist top protruding from the side of the vehicle. If I recall correctly, the windshield reservoir is under the carpeting (you can unbutton it without damaging it) near the driver's left foot.
