Seeing bugs is a possibility after long-term meth use. Long-term meth use has been associated with psychosis, including visual and auditory hallucinations.

I guess it depends on the person because with all my experiences on meth, even after being up for almost 2 weeks, I never have had bugs under my skin. And I have been extremely spun. I do however break out on my arms quite a bit after about 4 days of being up on the drugs, but I have learned NOT TO POP THEM! it only makes it much worse, I believe that's where people get all the scabs and what not. Plus you are much more vulnerable to infections while on meth so if you start picking they will most likely get infected and you will just want to keep squeezing all the infection out and before you know it 6 hours or more has passed and you've just been sitting there f**king yourself up. So whether its "bugs" or breakouts occupy yourself!
