try yahoo japan auctions, just search (on Google) the Pokemon's name, go to the bulbapedia page (the first Google result) and copy the Pokemon's kanji (the name in Japanese symbols) and paste it on the Y!J auctions search

celga.com is a good middleman to buy with, but they do have fees, but if you want to good Pokemon figure stuff (the collections that actually make every Pokemon), don't buy it from an American retailer-Pokemon came from Japan
