I just had to file a complaint against a Chevy dealer. I got on Chevy's websit and found a customer support phone number. I called that number and just kept hitting "0" until i finally got to talk to somebody. I told her, i didnt know if i had the right department or not but......and then i told her the story and that i wanted to file a complaint. She immediately connected me to an upper customer service rep who filed my complaint and had the vice president of customer support contact me the next day. He contacted the dealership got their side of the story, got my side of the story, compensated me by giving me a pretty hefty rebate coupon for my new car purchase and a special 0% financing loan. Needless to say the 30 minutes i was upset because of the incident, seemed like nothing compared to the compensation i received for not sueing the company. Good Luck

Should I file a complaint on a car dealership when majority of its employees drink and drive daily If so where should I file a complaint and how can I do so anonymously?

If you have witnessed or have evidence of the employees of a car dealership drinking and driving daily, you should file a complaint with the authorities as soon as possible. You can do so anonymously by following these steps: Contact the **Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission (OMVC)** by filling out their [complaint form] (^1^) and submitting it via mail, fax or email. You can also access their law and rules from their website¹. Provide them with the details of the car dealership, such as its name, location, contact number, and license plate number of the vehicles involved. You can also provide them with the names and descriptions of the employees who drink and drive, if you know them. Provide them with any evidence you have, such as photos, videos, receipts, or witnesses. You can upload your evidence on their website or send it via email or fax. Request them to keep your identity confidential and to take action against the car dealership and its employees. Follow up with them to check the status of your complaint and the actions taken. Alternatively, you can also file a complaint with the **Federal Trade Commission (FTC)** by visiting their website [usa.gov/car-complaints] (^2^) and selecting "Deceptive car ads or dealers" as the type of your complaint. You can also file a complaint with your state's **attorney general** by visiting car edge website (^4^) and finding the link to your state's attorney general's office and consumer complaints.

Why are the tires on your car going in different irections?

They're not supposed to be. You need to unscrew them and replace them with some new ones. You can send a complaint to your car-dealership, and they might replace it for you. (If they're not corrupt of course....)

Am being sued by a dealership you have to give them answer by 10 days The car was repossession they have the car so what answer do they want?

An answer to a civil action means that you have to file an answer to the court within 10 days. Such as that you don't owe the money, the car had already been paid off etc. If you don't file an answer, they will just take a defaul judgment against you, which means they win by default. If you do owe and they repoed the car legally, you really have no answer anyway.
