after you get cut from the captain of the ship in vermilion city, go through diglets cave all the way up twords pweter city and you'll find an aide looking like guy and a guy how wants to trade for mr. mime, go down from there and there will be a passage way like the one to the viridain forest and the aide is in there, you need to have caught 10 kinds of Pokemon

∙ 10y agoFlash is found in Castelia City the fifth town/city in the game.
From the Pokemon Center (if your facing it, turn to your left) you will pass one alley and go into the second one, you know your in the right place if there are trash cans and dumpsters. Now if your coming from Skyarrow bridge you should pass two alleys and go into the third one. If your coming from the fountain there is two different alleys in the middle pick the one on the left and walk until a text box comes up then you know your in the right place
If you walk past the last dumpster, or if your coming from the fountain right before you get to the second set of dumpsters, a guy should say something along the lines of "now where did i put those glasses" then he will come out from behind the dumpster and give you flash.
