When you are working on Puzzle number 116, The Torn Photo and have already talked to Rory after collecting the 15 puzzle scraps. After you talk to Marina and serve her Tea 4 root Remedy you walk left and pick up the Photo scrap 16 from on top of the gate. I have added a link to puzzle number 116 under related questions.

Scanner or digital camera.
A good and interesting photograph is dependent upon a number of things. How is the lighting? What quality is the image? How has it been artistically edited? You can take a very simple photograph and make it an amazing piece of art by manipulation of the lighting, camera angle, blur effects, and a number of other things. I would suggest working with what is best for you, explore your opportunities. See what makes you excited, and you can bet that it will make other people feel the same.
Scan the negatives or prints. Adequate scanners are available for less than $100 if your media are 11 X 14' or smaller.
I am not a paper conservator, but this is how I've flattened old, curled photographs: Allow the photograph to absorb moisture by exposing it to relatively high humidity (do not use water directly on the print). I only flatten photographs during humid periods in the summer. Once the photograph has absorbed some moisture (allow several days in humid air), it should be more flexible and less resistent to flattening. A dry, curled photograph will resist bending, and the surface will cack easily if forced. Slowly and gently flatten the photograph using your fingers and hands. Potential damage (creases, cracks, kinks) can occur, especially at the print's edges as you press them, so go slowly and carefully. Carefully flatten the photograph and place it under a heavy, flat object. You can use a book for small prints. Place a piece of acid free paper or mat board on both sides of the print. The time to flatten the print will depend; just check it over many days or even weeks or months for the print to relax and flatten.
This is a very broad question. To put it simply, values in art are the lightness and darkness of a piece. For instance, black-and-white photography depends on value or else the photograph you'd be seeing would simply be a flat color, or basically only one color. Whether or not the artwork utilizes different shades determines if it uses value
Professor Layton, Repair the Camera. Please see the related link below.
You need every piece.
Move the orange piece to the top-centerRotate the purple piece 90 degrees clockwise and place it at the bottom-rightFlip the green piece and rotate it 90 degrees clockwise and place it at the bottom-leftThis, as you can see, will form Professor Layton's hat.
I don't think it's likely you would receive the same puzzle piece.
Tap the edge of it and slide it in the direction you want to rotate it
