The spare tire should be hung up underneath the middle of the vehicle. To lower and raise it, there should be a socket (perhaps covered with plastic plug) between the front seats on the floor. Your tire iron should fit the turning mechanism, just turn it one way or the other to raise or lower the tire. You will then have to reach under and pull the tire out, or drive forward enough to reach.
