One rod is in vermillion city to the left of the Pokemon center there is a house in there is a fisherman talk to him and say yes to his question he will give you the old rod, the next rod is in fuschia city go to the right of the Pokemon center then to the right of the wardens house and inside the house there is a fisherman say yes to his question he will give you the good rod, lastly go to the vermillion port which is to the right of vermillion city then head down until you reach a house with a blue roof go in and there is a fisherman say yes to his question and he will give you the super rod.PS: If you catch a magikarp using the old rod and bring it to the fisherman that gave you the super rod he will give you a free net ball.
Go to fuchsia city and to the right of the Pokemon center is two houses go into the second one and talk to the fisherman say YES to his question to get the good rod.
