Where do you get tickets if you received Presidential inaugural committee invitation in the mail?

The Invitation is intended as a special commemorative document. The PIC sent out one million invites to early supporters of Barack Obama. Unfortunately, it is not a ticket, nor does it entitle you to receive one. But it is a unique keepsake for your family. The Invitation was printed from a hand engraved plate for a limited edition. What does it mean to have a 2009 presidential inaugural invitation?
My daughter was excited about the Inaugural Invitation. I didn't see where it was a ticket to anything. So, we assumed it to be a nice commemorative item for Obama's Inauguration. It will look lovely in a picture frame. I'm glad I received the Invitation.
