You could plug in a bigger speaker into it and then turn the volume up on the speaker
You can simply buy a headset for your phone, and plug it in. What I don't like is you only have one speaker. I know phone carriers sell actual headphones for cellular phones, but they're pretty pricy.
Assuming there is 8 wires in existing Renault wiring iso speaker plug at back of radio, the two outer wires at each end of plug are for left rear and right rear speakers, tap into these wires i.e. strip the insulation back a couple of inches from the plug and join new speaker wires onto the stripped wires. If only 4 wires in existing Renault wiring iso speaker plug then buy iso speaker plug from auto factor and join existing Renault wiring on speaker plug onto new cable and join new speaker cables (the ones you are fitting) onto the outside wires at each end of the new iso plug.
always, because when held near ypur head can cause brain tumors or issues.
you plug them in
In many cases, yes. Many combo amps have an output jack, usually located on the back of the amp's head unit, that you can simply plug in to an external speaker cabinet. If your amp doesn't have such an output jack, it is still possible to plug it into an external speaker cab. Most combos are set-up like self-contained head and cabinet units. A Fender Twin Reverb, for example, has a cable in the back that attaches the head unit to the 212 speaker enclosure. If you have a cable like this, you can get an adapter so you can plug the cable attached to the head unit into a longer extension cable, which you can plug in to a larger cabinet. One thing you have to do is make sure your amp's head has enough power (watts) to properly power your half-stack cab. If it doesn't have enough power, the cab won't sound as good as you would like.

plug into apple device....
Often, its an issue where one of the parties is using the phone in speaker phone mode. You can ask them to not use speaker phone mode. If that is not the issue, then contact your carrier and complain.
yes
Your mobile phone speaker volume may be too low if the volume settings within the phone are set too low or the speaker is failing. Water and dirt can also obstruct a speaker and limit its output.
