I am an 80 year old resident of Millstadt, il. Working at a printing company as my x-husband left me with $170,000.00 of debt, why I am still working. I am not very savy with computers.

I accidently pushed some buttons when they popped up on my computer. On April 10, 2020 there was a charge of $109.74., I called the number and they said I ordered some kind of cream. I didn't get any cream nor did I think I ordered it. We live on the highway in the commercial dist. your people gave me a number to take to the post office I did that. Post Office said it was delivered and left on my front stop don't have a porch. We have had a lot of robberies in my village and Smithton and Freeburg due to the virus.

I just wanted them to take the 109.74 off my bank account. But the lady on the phone kept saying call the post office file a lost or stolen claim and we will send you another order. I don't want another order I want my money back. I can't afford cream that cost that much plus I don't even have it. So now the lady on the phone kept saying I apologize send me the claim and we will resend your order. I finally just said what is it that you are not understanding, I just want my money back. I don't want any cream. I know nothing about this program or this cream. I am just trying to keep my head above water and clicked something I shouldn't have. Just wanted you to know I got no where.

Millstadt, Il 62260 if you wanted to look up all the notes they made on these calls. I called 844-690-4470.

They had one line give me a claim # and I will reship your order. Not at all listening to me that I didn't want to order and didn't think I did. Just had to get this off my chest.

thanks

Edna
