Blood enters the heart from the superior vena cava and the inferior vena cava. It is rich in carbon dioxide. It goes from the right atrium to the right ventricle. It's then pumped through the pulmonary arteries to the lungs. At the lungs carbon dioxide is released and oxygen is absorbed. Blood full of oxygen returns to the heart through the pulmonary vein. Then from the left atrium to the left ventricle. The blood, now rich in oxygen, flows through the aorta. The aorta branches into smaller arteries. The arteries carry blood all over the body.

So, from the right ventricle blood goes through pulmonary arteries to the lungs.
