In that 70s show where is fez from?

Isn't it obvious? He's not Mayan, Latin or Jamaican. He lives on an island, his people eat on the ground. His people went to war with the British and won. It's good luck to fall in love with an older woman in his country, his people invented ''not it''. His friend (played by Justin Long) is allot different then Fez because he's from the west side of the island. he can sing in spanish though he can speak duch.And his real name is the first name of all of the main characters. All of this leads to one thing. Fez is from ............................................................. you know what just figure it out your self because I have no clue.

I think I know where fez comes from. In one of the last episodes in season 8 A friend of Fez comes to visit him. After a while the gang asked him and Fez where they come from. Fez and his friend answers that it depends on whether you asked in English or Dutch. First the gang asked for the English and Fez and his friend answer that they won't tell them, because they hate their country. Then they asked in Dutch and Fez answers. None could understand a word they say

Nobody can understand the Dutch according to Fez, but nobody can understand Fez either.

So the conclusion: Fez is from Holland.
