It was never stated in the book when his birthday was. However, Stephenie Meyer revealed on the Twilight Lexicon that his birthday was June 20th 1901.

∙ 14y agoEdward never tells Bella his birthdate. Edward's actual date of birth is not listed in any of theTwilight series books. I imagine that Stephenie Meyer must have answered this question for a fan after the production of the books.
Edward tells Bella that he was born on the 20th of June on page 298 of the Twilight book.
